Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. You are therefore free to change or cancel your 1:1 session up until 48 hours before the start time at no cost.
On Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time levied 50% of the price.
On Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start time or in case of no-show is charged 100% of the price as the time is reserved specifically for you.
Can a 1:1 session be given as a gift?
Yes. A 1:1 session is a personal and meaningful gift — perfect for a birthday, anniversary, a life-change or as a treat for someone you care about and wish to spoil.
Contact us for gift cards or special requests. Gift cards can be purchased here on the site or in the studio.
Do you provide a product recommendation?
Yes. If you wish and ask for it.
You get targeted recommendations based on your skin, your desires and your everyday life — either to optimise what you already use or as inspiration for new products.
What should I bring?
You do not need to bring anything — we provide all the necessary products and tools.
If you have products that you already use and would like for us to take a look at then you are more than welcome to bring them along.
Do I need to have experience with makeup?
No. The session adapts to your starting point — whether you are a beginner, experienced or simply want to refine your routine with new techniques, colors or products.
Pace and focus are adjusted according to you.
Can I have my makeup done?
Yes, you can also have your makeup done for special occasions.
Whether it's bridal makeup for the big day at church or city hall, a summer party, or an important work event, you can have your makeup done in our studio on Farvergade.
Our skilled makeup artists can create a beautiful, long-lasting look for any occasion. You can also choose between Soft Glam and Full Glam — it all depends on what you want.
What do I get out of a 1:1 session?
A personal 1:1 session is an exclusive, tailored session with a professional makeup artist where the focus is entirely on you, your face and your wishes.
The makeup artist works closely with you and demonstrates the technique on one side of your face, after which you create the look yourself on the other side with professional guidance along the way. You don't just learn what suits you — but how to create it yourself.
You'll learn specific techniques, product choices and looks tailored to your features, your skin and your life — and that you can use again and again.
The goal is that you leave with new knowledge, greater confidence and a routine you can comfortably repeat at home.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
Of course. You are welcome to bring a guest who can stay in the room with you or they can wait in our lounge while they enjoy a cup of coffee.
If your guest wants to be creative along the way a makeup station can be booked in the room with you at the normal price. Notify the team when you book your own time and we will arrange to book the station.
What if I have problematic skin?
We always focus on your skin type and your needs.
The makeup artist guides you in choosing products and techniques that specifically support your skin and provide a beautiful and durable result.
Should I arrive with no makeup on?
You choose that entirely for yourself. We have everything you need to remove the makeup when you get here.
